4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project begins.
• Refunds are not available once design work has commenced. However, we offer revisions to ensure satisfaction.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dojo Dots is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in unethical business practices.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Agreement periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
